Manufactured in Ireland from genuine NatureWorks™ 3D870 Ingeo PLA, Pro PLA+ offers a third-generation level of material engineering for 3D printing. Since it’s a NatureWorks PLA material, it’s a sustainably-sourced bio-plastic with an incredible eco-profile.

Pro PLA+ has higher impact strength than ABS and Standard PLA with a heat resistance rivaling that of ABS. That’s even before any post-processing. You can anneal your design after 3D printing for even better heat resistance and impact toughness. For example, Pro PLA+ boasts 4.3 times the impact strength of PLA.

Pro PLA+ was designed with the high impact strength needed in industrial applications to meet the growing demand by companies for a material with the properties of ABS, but the printability of PLA.

Filament Quality:
All 3DOM Filaments 3D printer filament is developed in our own facility located in Moville, Ireland. We have complete control over the manufacturing process and are able to ensure consistent quality for every spool.

Diameter Tolerance:
Our filament diameter tolerance is +/- 0.02 mm.

High filament diameter variability can cause big problems in your 3D printer. We use a multi-axis laser measurement system to control our filament diameter and ovality in real-time during production. Every spool has the diameter and ovality measurements listed right on the box.

Packing Information:
A full 1kg (2.2lbs) of Pro PLA+ plastic filament arrives on an easy-to-use plastic reel and is vacuum sealed with a desiccant packet to keep out any moisture.
